Biographical Information

Aaron Henrickson has practiced law for over 20 years in the metro Atlanta area. Mr. Henrickson has litigated well over 1,000 criminal cases including charges of murder, rape, arson, drug possession and trafficking, armed robbery, child molestation, vehicular homicide, and DUI. He has tried more than 80 jury trials to verdict while handling countless bond hearings, probable cause hearings, probation revocations, motions to suppress, and bench trials.

Mr. Henrickson started his career in criminal law in 2000 when he joined the Tallapoosa Judicial Circuit as an Assistant District Attorney. During his time as a prosecutor, he handled all types of criminal charges including both felonies and misdemeanors. In 2001 and 2002 Mr. Henrickson handled all vehicular homicides and serious injury by vehicle cases prosecuted by the office.

In 2002, Mr. Henrickson joined the Paulding County Judicial Circuit. Though still litigating all types of criminal matters, his trial practice focused mainly on sex crimes including rape, sexual battery, and child molestation.

The law firm of Henrickson & Sereebutra was born in 2005 when Aaron Henrickson and Theo Sereebutra saw a need for aggressive, professional legal representation in matters relating to criminal defense. Since 2005, Mr. Henrickson has focused on representing individuals charged with violating the laws of the State of Georgia.

Mr. Henrickson has written numerous legal briefs and argued successfully before the Georgia Supreme Court and Georgia Court of Appeals. He is licensed to practice law in all state and federal courts in Georgia.

Mr. Henrickson received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Nebraska at Kearney in 1995. He received his Juris Doctorate law degree from the University of Pittsburgh in 1999.
