Biographical Information

David G. Sigale is the principal of Law Firm of David G. Sigale, P.C., in Glen Ellyn, Illinois, which has counseled and represented corporate and individual clients in Chicagoland and the United States. He practices general and appellate litigation with a focus in civil rights, business disputes, personal injury and tort law.  Mr. Sigale was co-counsel in the landmark case of McDonald v. Chicago in the United States Supreme Court, and is also counsel in numerous Second Amendment cases across the United States and worldwide, including fighting for Second Amendment rights for legal aliens and those in public housing.  He received his J.D. in 1996 from Georgetown University Law Center in Washington D.C., and his B.A. in 1992 from Indiana University – Bloomington.  Mr. Sigale has been selected as an Illinois Super Lawyer for 2012 through 2016, was awarded the Second Amendment Foundation’s Gun Rights Defender of the Year in 2014, and its Bill of Rights award in 2011 and 2016.  He is a member of the National Association of Distinguished Counsel, the National Trial Lawyers: Top 100, and the Robert E. Jones DuPage American Inns of Court.
