Andy Rariden is a leading civil trial lawyer in Florida and is board certified as a civil litigation “expert” by The Florida Bar Association. Before becoming a part of the Trial Pro team, Andy had built up nearly two decades of civil trial law experience. He sharpened his legal skills defending major insurance companies across Florida in personal injury cases. Trying cases across the state, Andy has seen great success in personal injury trials and appeals in both Florida and federal courts. Background:
Born in Charleston, SC, Andy’s family has deep roots in Florida, dating back to the late 1800’s. He was raised in Central Florida, graduating from Lake Brantley High School in Altamonte Springs. Andy graduated from Western Carolina University with honors, double majoring in Political Science and Philosophy. After this, he attended University of Florida School of Law, earning honors and graduating in the top 20% of his class.
Happily married with a beautiful young daughter and son, Andy and his wife Victoria currently reside in Kissimmee, FL.
