Biographical Information

Andrew graduated with honors from the University of Baltimore School of Law and was in the top tenth percentile of his graduating class. While in law school, he began his legal career by representing indigent clients on a pro bono basis in family matters through the University of Baltimore’s Family Law Clinic. Additionally, he worked as a Judicial Clerk for a panel of U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission Administrative Law Judges.

Prior to attending law school, Andrew earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Finance from the Robert H. Smith School at University of Maryland, where he gained work experience that is useful in understanding accounting documents and uncovering under-reported income and hidden assets.

Since completing his education, Andrew has tried many cases and represented clients in appellate matters.He has published various articles on family law issues that include domestic violence and divorcing with a home that has negative equity.
