Biographical Information

Benjamin T. Boscolo is a shareholder and managing director of CHASENBOSCOLO a 25 lawyer personal injury and workers’ compensation firm. Ben has been practicing law since 1987 and concentrates his practice on general personal injury and workers’ compensation cases. CHASENBOSCOLO prides itself on its client centered reputation as a law firm where injured people get a lawyer that cares. The firm’s purpose – “Protecting the client and putting ther interests first” – makes it one of the top personal injury firms in the metropolitan District of Columbia area.

Ben strives to live the firm’s purpose. His drive comes from his family in general and paternal grandparents, in particular, who emigrated from Italy and lived the American dream despite being the ultimate underdogs: non-English speaking laborers. Since law school, where he was honored as one of his graduating class’ two outstanding clinical students, Mr. Boscolo has been dedicated to ensuring that his clients, citizens of Maryland, Virginia and the District of Columbia, have access to the court system and justice. During his career, Mr. Boscolo has been privileged to serve as an advocate for his clients in the highest appellate courts in the District of Columbia and Maryland making and changing law. He has tried hundreds of jury trials in state and federal courts in Maryland and the District of Columbia.
