Brian F. McCallister

Born in St. Louis, Missouri and being raised in Fulton, Missouri as a “preacher’s
kid,” Brian McCallister grew up in a house full of unselfish service to others. His
passion is being the father of three beautiful children, Jillian, Mitchell and Kyle,
and though not called to the ministry, Brian founded his plaintiff’s personal injury
and civil rights law firm, McCallister Law Firm, P.C. in 1996, where he feels
called to minister to others in the civil justice system. Since founding his law firm,
he has devoted his life to fighting corporate America, big insurance companies and
government in semi-tractor trailer crash cases, product liability cases, insurance
bad faith cases and police misconduct cases. Recently, Brian and his team
obtained a record-setting jury verdict in a wrongful incarceration case in Kansas
City, Missouri, the jury returning a $16 million verdict against a detective who
framed Brian’s client for a crime he did not commit. Brian and his team fought for
nearly a decade to obtain complete justice for his client. He continues to fight for
the rights of the injured, the dammed, the forgotten, the innocent, the wrongfully
accused and those whose families’ lives have been marred by wrongful police
shootings.
