Biographical Information
Craig is a Member of Hall & Evans, LLC and has practiced trial work for over 29 years. Craig graduated from the University of Denver School of Law in 1988. Craig has a general civil litigation practice in both state and federal courts. His practice includes medical cases, malpractice defense, representing physicians and other healthcare providers in disciplinary actions, medical practice management, drug and medical device litigation, HIPAA, and other general medical practice issues. Craig also has experience in catastrophic injury cases, trucking case, commercial litigation, real estate litigation, plaintiff personal injury, business litigation, breach of contract, insurance defense litigation, and construction litigation. Craig has been counsel on cases throughout Colorado and Wyoming and has represented clients from around the country. Craig also has an active appellate practice and frequently handles cases in front of the Colorado Court or Appeals and Colorado Supreme Court.
Craig has negotiated settlements in complex cases. Because of his reputation as an excellent trial attorney, Craig also serves as a trial and litigation consultant, including all aspects of pre-trial matters, development of discovery and trial strategies, witness/expert witness selection, witness preparation, deposition strategies, jury consulting, and trial monitoring.
Craig is a member of the American, Colorado, Denver, and Arapahoe County Bar Associations and is a member of the Defense Research Institute, where he serves on the Professionalism and Litigation Committees. He is Past President, officer and Board member of the Colorado Defense Lawyers Association. Over the years he has served on the combined Denver and Colorado Bar Professionalism Committee, the Interprofessional Committee, and the Health Care Law Committee. Craig was selected to 2013 Strathmore’s Who’s Who World Wide. Craig has been an invited lecturer for various local and national legal and medical organizations on issues dealing with medical practice office management and medical malpractice issues in general.
