Daniel R. Silver

Daniel diligently prepares cases to advocate for his clients rights by blending his investigative background from his criminal law experience with his knowledge of family and marital law. Daniel has been a member of the Florida Bar in good standing since October, 2003 and is also licensed to practice law in the U.S. District Court, Southern District of Florida. Daniel graduated from the University of Miami School of Law in 2003, cum laude, and earned his Bachelors of Business Administration from the University of Miami School of Business in 2000, cum laude. After being admitted to the Florida Bar, Daniel began his legal career practicing criminal defense in both state and federal court from 2004-2008. Thereafter, he has been exclusively practicing marital and family law since 2008 and is a partner at PraDa Law.  Daniel is a past president of the First Family Law Inns of Court.  Last, Daniel enjoys boxing, martial arts, physical fitness, and plays keyboards in Chillable Hours, a band comprised of 5 U of Miami Law graduates, while away from the office.
