Biographical Information

 

Dax Frank Garza is one of the few lawyers to be Board Certified in Personal Injury Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. He has handled million and multimillion‑dollar cases throughout his legal career and has successfully represented clients against pharmaceutical companies, insurance companies, and trucking, maritime, and oil field entities. He represents families who have been seriously injured or who have lost loved ones in Texas and across the country.  He is Past-President of the Houston Trial Lawyers Association and previously served as Chair of the Board of Advocates for the Texas Trial Lawyers Association. Dax is also a member of the Multi‑Million Dollar Advocates Forum and the American Association for Justice.

Dax was born in Corpus Christi, Texas, graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Arts degree in government and earned his Juris Doctorate at the South Texas College of Law.
