Biographical Information

Erick concentrates his practice in the areas of employment law and personal injury. He graduated from the University of Florida College of Law, where he was a member of the trial competition team. Prior to earning his law degree, Erick received an undergraduate degree from Spring Hill College, cum laude, and a graduate degree in international affairs from Columbia University.

Since joining Emmanuel, Sheppard & Condon in 1987, he has become a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Civil Mediator, board-certified by the Florida Bar as a Civil Trial Lawyer and Labor and Employment law. He has also distinguished himself as a member of numerous professional associations, including the Florida Bar and the Escambia-Santa Rosa Bar Association.

Erick routinely represents employers in Florida state and federal courts and appellate courts.
