Professional Experience

Through jury verdict and settlement, Harry M. Roth has achieved a number of multi-million dollar results in medical malpractice, professional liability, product liability, pharmaceutical litigation and serious accident cases. He has been has been selected by his fellow lawyers as one of the Best Lawyers in America®.

Mr. Roth represents individuals, government entities, and companies seeking to recover for economic loss or property damage as a result of the wrongful conduct of others.

Mr. Roth was appointed to serve on the Disciplinary Board Committee of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania from 1994–2000, is a frequent lecturer on public safety, health issues, and the law. He is also an avid photographer and has an affinity for producing stunning images of the American Landscape.
