Jim Fitzgerald started his law practice in 1975 and founded The Fitzgerald Law Firm in 1982 with the cornerstone belief of helping clients find truth and justice. By focusing exclusively on working with severely injured clients and families who have lost loved ones, Jim has developed a reputation for delivering extraordinary results.
With more than 39 years of experience, Jim Fitzgerald represents plaintiffs in complex damages cases involving unsafe products, unsafe equipment, oil field matters, brain injuries, spinal cord injuries resulting in quadriplegia and paraplegia, burns and birth injuries. He practices in the areas of Products Liability, Workplace Liability, Medical Malpractice, Personal Injury and Wrongful Death.
Among other notable cases, Jim represented victims in the Wyoming Paxil case.
