Professional Experience

 

Mr. Catania is a National Board of Trial Advocacy certified Civil Trial Advocate who has practiced exclusively as a litigator in New York State and Federal courts since his admission in 1978.  He regularly handles matters in all Hudson River counties from Westchester to Albany and west to Syracuse.    His trial work is in the commercial, construction and professional liability arena. He has served as an arbitrator and mediator since 1981 in commercial and construction claims.
