Biographical Information
Lou Grenzer serves as the Secretary of Bodie, Dolina, Hobbs, Friddell and Grenzer, P.C. and has been an attorney with the firm since his admission to the Maryland Bar in 1998. Mr. Grenzer supervises the Firm’s complex litigation section which includes the defense of cases involving asbestos exposure, construction defects, lead paint, mold and other matters. In this capacity, Mr. Grenzer represents manufacturers, suppliers and contractors on a local and national level.
Mr. Grenzer is licensed to practice law in the State of Maryland, the District of Columbia and the United States District Court for the District of Maryland. He is a trial attorney whose experience focuses on toxic mass tort, products liability, construction defects and disputes, automobile negligence and criminal defense. Mr. Grenzer has significant first chair trial experience in Maryland District and Circuit Courts. Additionally, Mr. Grenzer has represented clients in the appellate courts of the State of Maryland.
Mr. Grenzer is a member of the Maryland State Bar Association, the Baltimore County Bar Association and the Defense Research Institute. He has chaired the Lawyer Referral and Membership Committees and has served as a member of the Bench/Bar Committee and the Young Lawyers Committee of the Baltimore County Bar Association. Mr. Grenzer has been awarded an “AV” Rating from Martindale Hubbell. Additionally, he has been recognized as a “SuperLawyer” in 2012-2013.
In the community, Mr. Grenzer serves as the Chairman of the Hereford Zone Recreation and Parks Council Baseball and Softball programs. Additionally, he is actively involved in coaching youth soccer, basketball, baseball and softball teams within the HZRPC.
