Biographical Information

Marc Beyer was born in Madison, WI and spent his youth in the State of Wisconsin.  He graduated from St. Olaf College in Northfield, Minnesota, and has been a Minnesota resident ever since.  Marc graduated from St. Olaf in 1997 and from William Mitchell College of Law in 2000.

Following law school, Marc clerked for a District Court Judge in Anoka County.  In 2002, Marc was hired by the firm of Steffens & Rasmussen where he began his family law practice.  In 2005, Marc joined forces with attorney Rob Gadtke, and formed the firm Gadtke & Beyer, LLC, where he still practices today.

Marc zealously represents his clients in all areas of family law, including divorce, custody, and child support matters.  He has been recognized by Minnesota Law & Politics as a Rising Star, and by the American Society of Legal Advocates as “Top 40 Family Lawyer Under 40” in the State of Minnesota.

Marc lives in Eden Prairie with his wife and their two sons.
