Though he started his workers’ compensation career as part of a large law firm, he soon realized the setup was not ideal for what he wanted to do. Working with injured workers every day, listening to their ordeals and fears, and seeing how complicated the system was, he knew that workplace injury cases were nuanced and layered legal matters. They required a higher level of dedicated focus and razor-sharp attention to detail that large law firms with divided concentrations just could not provide.

In response, he launched his own boutique firm, Cardamone Law, that’s one hundred percent dedicated to fighting for workers’ compensation and nothing else. Attorney Cardamone attended St. Joe’s Prep in Philadelphia, then obtained a Philosophy degree at Boston College, before attending Villanova University School of Law, graduating in 1999. He has three children, and enjoys traveling, martial arts, tennis, swimming, and spending time with his significant other, Areen.
