Oscar E. Toscano

Mr.Toscano was born in 1951 and has resided in the Los Angeles area since 1965.

Oscar E. Toscano attended UCLA undergraduate and obtained a B.A. in 1975.  Thereafter, he attended Loyola Law School and graduated with Dean’s Honors throughout law school.  Mr. Toscano has not only complied with all the continuing education after the bar classes but has also lectured at multiple legal events.

Mr. Toscano has been practicing law since 1978 and has been a trial lawyer shortly thereafter.  Over the last 43 years, Mr. Toscano has represented clients in wrongful death trials, serious personal injury trials, serious criminal trials, high stakes divorce trials, contested trials involving child custody disputes, real estate litigation and trials and other contested litigation and trials.

Mr. Toscano has represented clients all the way from San Diego to Alaska, as well as other states in the United States. Mr. Toscano has represented clients in the courts of Glendale, Burbank, Hollywood, Pasadena, Los Angeles, Van Nuys, Chatsworth, Ventura, Alhambra, West Covina, Rancho Cucamonga, San Bernardino, Riverside, Norwalk, Downey, Santa Ana, Compton, Torrance, San Diego, Bakersfield, San Mateo, San Francisco, Sacramento, Ventura, Fresno, Bakersfield, Anchorage, and other cities. Primarily, Mr. Toscano represents clients in the entire Los Angeles, Orange, San Bernardino, Riverside and Ventura counties in the State of California.
