Biographical Information

Rachel began her legal career in Atlanta in 1991 and practiced civil litigation for five years before starting her family law practice in 1996. Prior to joining Levine Smith Snider & Wilson in 2007, she was a partner with Macey, Wilensky, Cohen, Wittner & Kessler. Rachel is one of Atlanta’s leading female family law attorneys and has received the prestigious “AV” rating by Martindale-Hubbell. She has lectured frequently at family law seminars and is a state of Georgia trained mediator.

Rachel specializes in complex, high-income and large-asset divorces. Her objective with each client is to provide guidance, sound legal advice and support during a very difficult time. She works diligently to coordinate all aspects of the divorce process including financial, legal, health and, when children are involved, ensures their best interests are met. Rachel works to achieve results that allow her clients to move forward with their lives.

A resident of Atlanta since 1979, Rachel grew up in Manila, Philippines and Vestavia Hills, Alabama. She lives in Buckhead and has two sons who are currently pursuing careers in the legal field. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, playing tennis and cheering on the Crimson Tide.
