• Counsel for class of property owners alleging property value diminution stemming from leaking pipelines;
• Counsel for class alleging violation of Telephone Consumer Protection Act through the receipt of unsolicited facsimile advertisements;
• Counsel for MDL class of insurers alleging violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act;
