Biographical Information

Roy J. Smith, IV has served the Central Florida area for over 15 years focusing on Family and Matrimonial Law.  However, due to his background in personal injury and automobile accident law he still dedicates his time to advocating for the rights of the consumers and the injured in Tallahassee and will accept personal injury cases in a very selective manner.  With experience in contested, uncontested, and collaborative family law, Roy dedicates himself to providing as many options to his clients as he can to solve their problems.  Further, as a Florida Supreme Court Certified Family and Circuit Civil Mediator, Roy is dedicated to the most efficient resolution of contested matters.
