Biographical Information

Shane Dean is a personal injury and wrongful death attorney practicing in Pensacola, Florida, for over 16 years.  He has recovered millions of dollars representing victims in personal injury and wrongful death claims resulting from the negligence of others.

Mr. Dean is a member of the Florida Bar Association, the Alabama Bar Association, the Escambia/Santa Rosa County Bar Association, the Florida Justice Association, the American Bar Association, and the American Association of Justice. He handles cases in both state and federal court, and is admitted to practice law in all Florida and Alabama state courts, as well as the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Florida, the U.S. District Court for the Central District of Illinois, and the U.S. 11th Circuit Court of Appeals.

Education

Mr. Dean obtained his undergraduate degree from the University of South Alabama in 1998, and his law degree, Cum Laude, in 2001 from Indiana University School of Law in Indianapolis, Indiana. He graduated law school with honors as a Harold R. Woodard Scholarship recipient and a member of the Moot Court Team.
