He co-founded the Georgia Injured Workers’ Advocates (GIWA) and is a current member of the executive committee and serves as treasurer of that group.
He is the board chairman of the Workplace Injury Network Political Action Committee (WIN-PAC) and has served as a member of the board of directors of the Workers’ Compensation Claimant Lawyers, a division of the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association.
He also served as co-chair of the Workers’ Compensation Law Institute, which is a yearly seminar for lawyers and judges throughout Georgia.
