Partner, The Law Offices of Johnston & Johnston (formerly The Law Offices of Susan N. Kelly); 2014 back to The Law Offices of Susan N. Kelly. Case load consists of criminal (special prosecution and defense) and civil. Tried more than 80 jury trials/ handled more than 50 appeals.

1992-1998 PROSECUTOR–McLennan County District Attorney’s Office

Handled full range of criminal cases, both felonies and misdemeanors, from indictment through appeal; Received special state-wide awards for prosecution of arson cases and cases involving injury to children.
