Biographical Information

Vincent Auricchio was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York.  After completing his studies in the Midwest, Mr. Auricchio lived in Chicago, Illinois for over 25 years before relocating to Chesterton, Indiana (moving over the border to an “unofficial suburb” of Chicago).  Professionally speaking, Mr. Auricchio served as a successful attorney for a number of firms before taking his talents, and his clients, and launching his own law firm in 2006.  Since that time, the Auricchio Law Offices has grown from a small boutique-sized firm to a thriving real estate practice dedicated to making real estate great again after weathering the economic downturn and the Great Recession of the early 2000’s.

Honors & Awards

Mr. Auricchio was rated one of Illinois’ Top Young Real Estate Attorneys in 2008, 2009 and 2010; such honors are bestowed upon less than 2% of the lawyers in Illinois.  Mr. Auricchio also was named an Illinois Rising Star in Business Litigation (Chicago Magazine’s Super Lawyer Section 2011).  He was further selected as a Top 40 Under 40 National Trial Lawyer in 2012.  Mr. Auricchio received the distinction as a SuperLawyer in Personal Injury in 2013 and was further honored in 2014 as a Chicago Magazine SuperLawyer in the field of Medical Malpractice.  In 2015, he was honored as a “Top Lawyer” by the Global Directory of Who’s Who. Likewise in 2015, Mr. Auricchio was inducted into the National Association of Distinguished Counsel (Top One Percent) and he was again nominated and attained Top One Percent status in 2017.  Most recently, Mr. Auricchio was selected as the U.S. Business News Real Estate Attorney of the State of Illinois for the year 2019.

Mr. Auricchio has been a member of the American Bar Association, Illinois State Bar Association, Chicago Bar Association, the Christian Legal Society, and is a current member of the Alliance Defending Freedom, the Christian Businessmen’s Connection, and remains actively involved in the Chicagoland Italian American Professionals group.

Speaking Engagements

Mr. Auricchio has served as the featured speaker for the National Business Institute lecturing on deposition strategies that win cases, negotiating personal injury settlements, and he has also spoken extensively on the topic of Medicare and Medicare Liens.  Mr. Auricchio served for many years as a repeat guest lecturer for the American Association of Neurological Surgeons on the topic of preparing physicians to provide medical and legal trial testimony.  Mr. Auricchio currently speaks on the topic of real estate and related transactions and often presents to local business networking groups.  Most recently, Mr. Auricchio has partnered with the “Real Estate Revealed Radio Show” as its Premier Commercial Real Estate Attorney serving as a co-host on “560 The Answer,” Chicago’s premier radio talk station.

Service Activities

As far as professional activities, Vincent Auricchio served as President of the Via Como Due Townhome Association, a multi-unit project in Chicago, Illinois, for over 5 years.  Mr. Auricchio also was elected President for the Chicago chapter of the Christian Businessmen’s Connection (C.B.M.C.) and served in that capacity for over six years.  He is currently actively involved in the Chicagoland Italian American Professionals (C.I.A.P.), a networking organization dedicated to cultivating business opportunities for Italians, Italian Americans and Italiophiles.

Vincent Auricchio also has a heart for service to children previously volunteering as a Big Brother to elementary school students through the Partnership in Education (PIE) program.  Mr. Auricchio also served as a Cub Scout Leader with the Boy Scouts of America for many years, and most recently served as a Mentor to junior high students through the Dream On Education program.
