Biographical Information

Vivian Katsantonis represents owners, contractors, suppliers and sureties in a broad range of commercial, construction and government contract matters. Her practice emphasizes the efficient, resourceful handling of national and international contracting issues. Her representation includes the drafting and negotiation of contract documents, including contracts for procurement of supplies and construction, joint venture and consortium agreements, indemnity agreements, letters of guaranty, bonding agreements and liquidation agreements; advice and strategies for contract administration and close-out; and the preparation, negotiation and litigation of major commercial and construction claims on a national and international level. In addition, Vivian’s practice involves providing on-site advice for clients abroad. She is fluent in Greek.
