Biographical Information

Wade S. Kolb, Jr., practices in the areas of personal injury cases (serious automobile, truck, and motorcycle cases), insurance claims, criminal defense in State and Federal Courts, and defense of driving under the influence cases and other traffic cases.  He is the senior partner at the firm which he established in 1998 after a 23 year career as a prosecuting attorney, including being elected four times to four year terms as the chief elected prosecutor for Sumter, Clarendon, Lee, and Williamsburg Counties.

He is a life-long resident of Sumter County, where he has been active in legal and community organizations.
