Return Policy

Our standard policy is that there are no refunds, on account of the temporal nature of the membership and the customized nature of the showcase items.

Delivery

Web badge: members may obtain the code for the website badge, to input to their website framework, directly from their profile, or via email, at their choosing.

Video: members will have the customized video file emailed to them.

Press release: members may download the Press Release directly from their profile.

Plaque/statue/marquee: these items will be sent via UPS, with the estimated time frame for delivery being six to eight weeks from the date of order.
